Diet 5 – Storm Shadow Diet. (Byung Hun lee)

Byung hun lee is famous movie star in South Korea. He also took some movies in holly woods. Famous movies are Red, G.I. Joe and terminator. The Hollywood is totally different concept to South Korean from other Movie industries. It is final dream of Korean actors. Only few Korean actors could get in the Hollywood. So, How did he get in Holly woods? What makes him to appeal to Hollywood?

In my opinion, even though he is an good actor, he might couldn’t get in Hollywood if he didn’t have the body figure. I believe that his body shape also took big part of it.

In South Korea, Lots of Korean guys choose Byung hun’s body as one of the best body shape. Also, lots of women love it.

Now, let’s learn what kinds of diet and workout he did.

Workout

  • Monday: [chest, arm (the triceps), abs] (45 minute), running (30 minute)
  • Tuesday: [Back, arm (the biceps)] (45 minute), running (30 minute)
  • Wednesday: Rest
  • Thursday: [Shoulder, abs] (45 minute), running (30 minute)
  • Friday: [legs] (45 minute), running (30 minute)
  • Saturday: Rest
  • Sunday: Running (30 minute)
Diet
  • Breakfast: White of the egg without salt, and salad.
  • Lunch: Chicken breast and salad
  • Dinner: Salmon, and oat meal or brown rice.

And protein shake after work out.

He doesn’t tell us detail about workout program. He just talked like above plans. So additionally, I will recommend a workout program. It is Pygmalion workout.

Pygmalion: This is to make basic muscle for workout. Do 3 sets, and in each sets, you should finish 4 kinds of workout in the time that you make with workout numbers that you make.
Sample:
1 round : 20 numbers
  • Burpee: in 1 minute 10 second
  • Thruster: in 1 minute
  • Push up: in 45 second
  • lunge: in 1 minute and 5 second
2 round: 22 numbers
  • Burpee: in 1 minute 5 second
  • Thruster: in 1 minute
  • Push up: in 40 second
  • lunge: in 1 minute
3round: 24 numbers
  • Burpee: in 1 minute 5 second
  • Thruster: in 1 minute
  • Push up: in 40 second
  • lunge: in 1 minute
