If you see the Korean drama, movie or a music videos, you easily can distinguish that their style of body shape (preference of body shape) is totally different. Korean stars are usually much more slim than American stars (I know that Americans prefer healthy body shape than slim style. I also prefer American’s body shape).
What I want to talk is that you can have the fastest way to lose your weight with Korean stars diet program. It will be much effective to lose weight than other diet plans.

What is Korean idol group diet?
Eat less, Eat veggies, Eat nutrition, and Don’t die.
In common for all these diet, Take multi-vitamin pills. And if you guys do workout, drink protein shake with 1 banana after workout within 30 minutes. These diet program is tough. You need to have enough nutrition.

[Gang so ra] diet plan (you should make new habit that eat a little bit occasionally. You should have strong willingness to keep this diet program. This one is tough.)
morning at 8 – 1 yogurt, 1 apple
afternoon at 12 – regular Korean lunch menu.
afternoon at 18 – Chicken breast with vegetable salad.
[shin hye Park] diet plan (Cabbage and cucumber will make you feel satiety. Already lots of people have lost 6 Kg (14 pounds with this diet)
morning at 8 – 1 cucumber, one cup of low-fat milk.
afternoon at 12 – small amount of rice with Korean side dishes and small amount of cabbage.
afternoon at 18 – 1 cucumber and small amount of cabbage.
[Jeon hyo seong] diet plan (for 2 weeks, She have had 1 banana, 2 eggs, and 1 soy milk for breakfast, lunch, and dinner)
morning at 8 – 1 banana, 2 eggs, and 1 soymilk
afternoon at 12 – 1 banana, 2 eggs, and 1 soymilk
afternoon at 18 – 1 banana, 2 eggs, and 1 soymilk
[IU] diet plan (IU lost 4 kg which is 9 pounds in 4 days. she had to lose weight so quick. This one is not good for long term.
morning at 8 – 1 apple
afternoon at 12 – 2 sweet potato
afternoon at 18 – 1 protein shake.
Cost
There is no program. Just calculate foods’ price. This is cheapest diet plan compared to American’s diet plan.
Summary
If you follow the guideline, you will lose your weight so quickly than other diet plans. It is also cheap to follow. This is the fastest way to lose weight without getting diseases. But Don’t do that for long time. These are short-term diet plan to lose weight quickly except for Girls generation plan. After you lost some weight in 1 month, Find other diet plan like Zone diet, and girls generation diet.
